I was born to be a therapist. No lie. I knew ever since I was 10 years old that this is what I wanted to do. I love working with adolescents and adults who need assistance finding their authentic self and true voice.
The issues at hand, be they anxiety, addiction, trauma or depression are only gateways to discovering healing, balance and wellness on multiple levels. I listen intently using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Trauma Therapy and good old intuition to help you shift and release emotional patterns that no longer serve you.
My therapy sessions tend to contain humor, direct communication and homework assignments that will help you find the abundant, vibrant, best version of yourself and let go of old patterns of thinking and behaving that are stopping you from living the life you want.
