Pronouns
she/her/hers
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds on a wide range of challenges interfering with their lives. Throughout my time as a mental health provider, I’ve worked in community-based, outpatient, and college counseling settings. I am also trained in Brainspotting and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I typically utilize CBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness approaches. I always want to partner with clients first, because you are the expert on yourself and your own life. I am passionate about developing rapport and connection because it is important to feel safe before any change can happen. I operate from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens and want to help you identify patterns, behaviors, and ways of thinking and communicating that currently have you stuck. We will work together to identify tools and strengths to help you overcome your challenges.
I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UW-Madison and love cheering on the Badgers. I also enjoy being active, spending time at the lake, trying out new restaurants, and traveling.
