Are you ready to discover the best version of yourself? My goal in practice is to guide you through a realized awareness of your inner strengths and resiliency. I provide support to clients by meeting you where you are on your specific life journey. I take a holistic approach to serve you as the individual; connecting mind, body and spirit through humor, intuition, and a strengths-based approach.
For the past eight years I have worked with a wide range of clients in hospice care as a grief and loss counselor. Through this, I was able to support patients and families on end of life issues, coping skills, and life transitions. Life has many changes from birth to death, and therapy can help you connect with your inner strengths and find ways to persevere even in difficult times.
I have also been a certified veterinary technician for over 23 years. With this experience, I have learned that pet loss is a serious life event that often gets unrecognized and unsupported. One of my specialities is in helping families and individuals cope with their pet’s terminal diagnoses and deal with end of life issues and aftercare.
My goal as a therapist is to help you gain the tools necessary to combat any challenges in your life, be it depression, anxiety, loss, grief, or simply the transitions of life.
